關(guān)于酒店網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷有哪些要求?
    A酒店與B酒店是南方某市兩家實(shí)力相當(dāng)?shù)母?jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手。在開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷時(shí),兩家酒店選擇了不同的模式:A酒店選擇了一家酒店網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷顧問的公司進(jìn)行整體的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)和維護(hù);B酒店則購(gòu)買了一套網(wǎng)站模板,聘請(qǐng)網(wǎng)站開發(fā)人員,自己進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站制作和網(wǎng)站推廣。
    一年之后,A酒店網(wǎng)上預(yù)訂成效顯著,而B酒店網(wǎng)站成交冷清,加之管理層覺得網(wǎng)站費(fèi)用過高,遂關(guān)閉網(wǎng)站,退出網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷。同樣是做“網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷”,為何兩家酒店得到的結(jié)果卻如此不同?我們來看看兩家酒店具體是如何實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷的:
    A酒店
    ①首先,在分析酒店在市場(chǎng)定位、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、目標(biāo)客戶、銷售渠道等因素的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷的目標(biāo)和策略,并為網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷制定總體投入產(chǎn)出比率。
    ②根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷策略,進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站規(guī)劃、網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣規(guī)劃。
    ③選用專業(yè)的界面設(shè)計(jì)師和功能開發(fā)人員制作網(wǎng)站;并挑選合適的推廣方法和推廣關(guān)鍵詞。
    ④在網(wǎng)站建設(shè)完成后,對(duì)酒店的相關(guān)人員,從管理層到操作人員,進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷培訓(xùn)。
    ⑤定期對(duì)網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容進(jìn)行更新,讓訪問者能夠了解到酒店的最新動(dòng)態(tài)和最新產(chǎn)品。

    B酒店
    ①網(wǎng)站選用的是現(xiàn)成的模板,雖然聘請(qǐng)了網(wǎng)站開發(fā)人員,但是既做程序又做設(shè)計(jì),不管是網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)還是網(wǎng)站功能,都給人很不專業(yè)的感覺。
    ②網(wǎng)站完成后,內(nèi)容就一直沒有更新過。
